At DMB Legal Consulting, Deanna M. Baker, Esq. provides workplace investigation services to clients throughout California. Ms. Baker has conducted numerous investigations involving allegations of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, bullying and unfair treatment in the workplace, first as an advocate and, since 2005, as a neutral fact-finder. 

Ms. Baker has an undergraduate business degree from the University of Minnesota and a law degree from New York University School of Law. She is a former shareholder of Littler Mendelson, where she spent 10 years representing clients in all aspects of employment law, specializing in the areas of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation. 

Prior to forming DMB Legal Consulting, Ms. Baker worked for Puente Consulting, where she conducted workplace assessments, investigations, and training for ten years.  Ms. Baker has been rated as AV Preeminent® by Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™ (their highest rating) and has been identified as a Top Lawyer by San Diego Magazine for several years.

Ms. Baker is an active member of the State Bar of California. She belongs to the San Diego County Bar Association, Lawyers Club of San Diego, and the Association of Workplace Investigators.
